Recipe for YUMMY cupcakes that are Nut, Dairy & Egg Free!



  • 2 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Egg Replacement
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • 190 gms Nuttelex (Dairy free margarine)
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence


  • Icing Sugar
  • Cocoa ("Nestle" brand - manufactured on equipment that also processes products containing milk)
  • Boiling Water
  • Sprinkles ("Dollar Sweets" brand)


Sift flour & egg replacement (available in Health Food section of most Supermarkets or Health Food stores) into large bowl. Add sugar & combine.

Melt Nuttelex, add soy milk and vanilla essence in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients.

Put in cupcakes and place in pre-heated oven (180˚c) for 12-15 mins. Allow to cool and add icing & sprinkles.
